Refund policy

If you are not happy with a paid TRIMS plan, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

• Your first payment on a plan — monthly or annual, refunded in full within 30 days.
• Accidental duplicate charges — refunded whenever they happen, not only inside the 30 days.
• Charges after a cancellation — if we billed you after you cancelled, that is our mistake and we refund it.

Later renewals are not covered by the guarantee. You can cancel at any time from billing settings to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal genuinely caught you out, write to us anyway — we would rather sort it out than argue about it.

Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, including the EU and UK right of withdrawal.

Paddle is our Merchant of Record. They take the payment, issue your invoice and process the refund, so the money returns to the same card, PayPal account or wallet you paid with — and Paddle is the name you will see on the statement.

• We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
• Once approved, the money typically lands in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Any tax collected on the original payment is refunded with it.

A refund ends the paid subscription. The workspace moves to the Free plan rather than being deleted, so you keep everything Free includes.

• Your links keep working. Every short link and QR code you have already shared carries on redirecting. We do not break links, on any plan, ever.
• Analytics history narrows to the Free window of 30 days. Older data is not deleted while your account exists, and it becomes visible again if you upgrade later.
• Paid-only features stop being available — advanced analytics, the API, team seats, and custom domains beyond the first.

You are welcome back at any time. Subscribing again restores everything.

We will decline a refund where the account has been used in breach of our Terms of Service — links used for phishing, malware or spam, for example. In those cases the account is suspended and the fee is not returned.

We also do not refund the same customer repeatedly on the same plan. The guarantee exists so you can try TRIMS without risk, not as a way to use it for free.
